Curriculum

As primarily a Shotokan school, we follow the JKS (Japan Karate Shotokai) syllabus. Each student must complete the techniques and forms required for their next rank.

We offer programs for adults and children. Our children programs include Mini and Lil’ Dragons for 3-6 year olds, and our elite students are in both Black Belt Club and Masters Club. There are additional non-Karate classes for adults as well.
